Congratulations on winning
destination of the year for us motorcycle enthusiasts!!! I know I have always had a great stay,
excellent food, and best host and hostess of any where I have ever
stayed. Magnus, you and
Carina have put together an excellent destination, a great facility, and
outstanding memories for all that vacation there.
I look forward to seeing
you in May for the cancer benefit, and with your help, the help of the
other Inns, and the support of the local dealers I hope that this is a
highly successful event and something that can be carried on for a long
time. I know Sharon is very excited about this event
and with her enthusiasm, charisma, and drive, I can’t see this not
being a fun, enjoyable, and successful weekend for everyone that
participates.
Again, congratulations, and
I’ll see you all in May, if not before,
Bob O’Keefe

Carina & Magnus,
Thank you so much for your
gracious hospitality during my recent stay this past weekend with the
Nassau County Harley Owners Group. The Gray Ghost Inn is a wonderful
place and Vermont
is truly a bikers' paradise!
The scenic roads and beautiful landscapes are what riding is all about. I appreciated meeting both of you and look
forward to my next opportunity to visit you in Vermont. Thanks again and all the best to
you and your family, including Kenai and Loki. Regards, Steve

Well, what can I say? Eric
and I had a tremendously great time at the Summer Squeeze. Our hosts at
the Gray Ghost Inn were awesome, friendly and made us feel like we never
really left home. Home cooked meals, cozy atmosphere and going above and
beyond to make us comfortable. What more could we ask? The roads of Southwest Vermont were the prettiest I've ever seen
and made for some very enjoyable riding. A good mix of tight twisties on the back roads, sweeping turns through
the Green Mountains, and even a hike straight up Mount Equinox with a
view to die for! Wow, what a
weekend! Although the Spring Break event was very enjoyable, this rally
blew Clarks Summit away. The smaller group in Vermont allowed us to get very
friendly with everyone who attended. We really got to know them
personally by spending 4 days together, and after a full day of riding,
relaxing around the fire, toasting marshmallows and singing around the
campfire until late at night, with the Vermont stars shimmering above in the
clear sky. Couldn't have asked for better roads, better weather or a
nicer bunch of people to spend our time with. Even our American Pie
ballad sounded great, after a little "intervention". A million
thanks for organizing such a great trip, and for
making me and my son feel so welcome once again. Hats off to you, Shira, Magnus & Carina, and all the great people
we met. Hope to see
you all again real soon. Larry & Eric Barasch

Hi Magnus and Carina,
I figured you would have been flooded with emails so I thought I would
wait to send you mine. I know everyone had a great weekend and a
lot of that had to do with how wonderful and welcoming you and your
family were. I can honestly say I have never experienced feeling
like part of a family when I have stayed anywhere else. You have a
special gift and one that serves you well in your business. I
haven't stopped raving about the weekend yet and I do not see me doing so
anytime soon.
Magnus, Peter and Brandi were very
appreciative about the shirts. Peter said he was going to email
you, I hope he did. I did show him the pictures I took in the
Kitchen and he burst out laughing... I told him you had him beat...
I am hoping you will get a lot of repeat business from our group and
others in the Chapter. I know there was a lot of talk about it.
Thank you again for making our first LOH, HOG
event so successful.
You all take care and be safe.
Sharon
PS: Hi to the girls.

Hey
Rich,
Thanks
again for putting this trip together.
Vermont roads, scenery and the Gray
Ghost & staff are exceptional.
I had a great time.…
The ride
home was a great route too.
Nice work leading the ride!
My
only complaint is that the weekend was over too soon.
I’ll
likely be riding back up “theyaah”
in the fall for some “leaf peepin”
with the Mrs..
Happy
Trails!

P.S.
Please feel free to forward this to anyone at Bergen County
Harley-Davidson who gave this MVP event the thumbs up...

Carina
and Magnus,
This
is Jeff Weisel from Easton,
Pennsylvania here to tell you both what
a great time we had while staying at your outstanding Inn.
Yes it is true we found out about the Grey Ghost thru Backroads
magazine with Brian and Shira. But boy are we
glad we did! You two certainly go out of your way to comfort your guests
while they are there. Heck, Magnus even supplied an air line for me to
fill my tires that were low on air!
Small things like that go a long way for someone who's not from
the area and could get lost trying to locate a gas station that supplies
an air filling station. Simply outstanding! We hope to return to your
establishment again soon. I just wanted you both to know how much your
kindness was appreciated by everybody that was there
with us for the 4 days. I'm sure you have already heard this from the
others as they were leaving the Inn. And
oh yeah, to my dear Carina, ........ I asked you
for a copy of the story of the Grey Ghost that the kids wrote and then
forgot to get it from you. Is there any way you could E-mail me a copy of
it? It is a great story....... even if it isn't a true one. If it's
possible to do, .... if not, it's no big deal. I
can still tell people the story without the actual writing. I will
certainly try to get the Pocono Mountain HOG group that I belong to, to come
up for a long weekend. That would be great. I hope you have a good skiing
season and "Fluff those pillows", we'll be back soon!
Chow for Now
