Children 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with two adults.
All rooms are non-smoking.
All rates are per room per night and include full breakfast.
Rates are subject to 10% State Tax.

Cancellations

With a notice at least 14 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded. A notice within 14 days of arrival will result a forfeiture of your deposit unless the room will be re-booked.
