There’s plenty to do in southern Vermont any time of year.  Here is are just some of the great events coming up.

Sept 18, 2019: Dover Concert Series
The Miles Band will continue the summer concert series into the fall. Wednesday night, Sept 18th at 6-8pm If you enjoyed the summer concerts at the Park, come out and support the continuation of music events through 2019!

Sept 20, 2019: Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival Evening Tasting Stroll
Wilmington VT. Wine Stroll and Soup Contest, in downtown Wilmington, 5-7 p.m. Stroll through the quaint and historic Village of Wilmington, VT tasting soups and a large selection of Wines. Live music throughout. After Party at The Wilmington Inn.

Sept 21, 2019: Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival Grand Tasting
Mount Snow Resort – Seventy-one vendors, including over 20 Vermont wineries, distilleries, cideries, and breweries, will be offering tastes of their products. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. $25 in advance; $30 at the door

Sept 21, 2019: West River White River Raft Trip
Enjoy an active Vermont vacation on the Class III and IV rapids of the West River near Stratton Mountain, one of the state’s hidden treasures and your only opportunity for Vermont whitewater. This intermediate-level white water rafting trip is an ideal way to view the fall foliage. Sept 22, 2019: The Vermont Wildlife Festival at Mount Snow
10 a.m.-5 p.m. People from the hunting and conservation communities, wildlife rescues, state agencies and nature centers come out for a day of learning and fun.

Two full days of German themed fun for the entire family!

Oct 12 – 13, 2019: 46th Annual Harvest Arts & Crafts Show
Get a jump on your holiday shopping at the 46th Annual Harvest Arts and Crafts Show featuring 50+ vendors including local artisans, specialty food makers and more.

Oct 12-13, 2019: 49th Annual Newfane Heritage Festival
The tents for over 90 Juried Arts, Crafts and Specialty Product vendors will grace the Newfane Common on Columbus Day Weekend. There will be lots of great food including homemade Apple Pies & Crisps, as well as a Super Raffle, Books, Fleas, and Live Music. Come enjoy the foliage and the Festival – all with Free Admission! Oct 13, 2019: Heirloom Apple Days 2019
Scott Farm Orchard – Join the farm’s orchardist at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for apple lore and a tasting of heirlooms apples. Choose and buy heirloom apples and cider. Whetstone Ciderworks offers hard cider samplings and for sale. Rigani Wood Fired Pizza and SpringMore Farm will be serving food. Enjoy live music kids’ activities, and stone wall tours. New this year: a Make-Your-Own Caramel Apple Station. The pick-your-own orchard and farm market will also be open. Rain or shine. No dogs please. 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Pick from a full weekend of inspiring events, with beautiful Wilmington Village as your backdrop.
